You are supposed to see this message when scanning a for Chrysler with the Security Gateway Module(SGW): Device is unable to communicate with the
control unit. No worries, please follow the steps below to quickly solve this problem.
Step One: Locate and unplug the 12pin and 8PIN connectors of the SGW module.
Step Two: Connect the FCA 12+8 directly to the 12pin and 8pin connectors(two connectors that are connected to the SGW) on the car.
Then the normal communication function with the vehicle can be achieved.
